I have to give to actor Kevin Conroy who does the voice of Batman in the cartoons, I knew by working with Harley Quinn in the animated movie "Batman And Harley Quinn" he would make the comment that Harley Quinn is better than Wonder Woman as a hero.
When I read that comment I simply made the comment on an entertainment website "Saying that Harley Quinn is better than Wonder Woman is like saying that the late Crimson Grasshopper could beat Superman in arm wrestling."
Harley reminds of the partner of Inspector Clouseau in the cartoons Barcelona born Sergeant Deux-Deux with the exception that she is not a policewoman.
But then again Kevin is entitled to his opinion while I am entitled to lampoon Harley Quinn who according to some fans of super heroes, she is supposed to the D C version of Marvel character Deadpool.

I know this is another opinion 
but I think it's like comparing apples to oranges. Harley and WW are not quite the same. Harley isn't a hero for me. And she's a bit too quirky.

Harley could not carry a candle in the presence of Harlequin who is secretly Duela Dent who is the daughter of Harvey Dent alias Two Face. She is deadly with her sleep gas weapons. Harley is just the punching bag for the Joker.

@moonchild117 Duela Dent who is secretly Harlequin was once close friends with Robin (Richard Grayson) on the Teen Titans comic books in the 1970s. She claims that her dad Harvey Dent left the family when she was born since her mom did not give Harvey twins at birth.

Harley is the Joker's assistant on the Batman animated series. Harley could not beat Wonder Woman in a game of dominoes even if the game was fixed in her favor.
