Squirrel woman and bird man

I am almost disappointed that this "news" story is fake. In the fake story a woman trained squirrels to attack her ex-boyfriend. I'm disappointed that it's fake because I would've known someone in real life that is about that way. A couple of years ago I met through the local singles club - a man. Only a bit older than I, and single. And attractive. Of course, because there is always a catch - the catch was that he was certifiably insane. Now, I mean no disrespect for those dealing with mental health issues. I have some anxiety issues myself. If you are a good person, then you are a good person - even if you are coping with some issues and I commend the struggle. However this man is not a good person. I will say why later on in my post in item # 6. Some of his various beliefs included: 1) He was starting a business. It would be a farm and at first it would be produce and preserved items grown on the farm. Then it would turn into a chain of farms. Then it would turn into a chain of grocery stores so popular that they would put all the other grocery stores out of business, creating a monopoly on the grocery industry. From there it would have it's own currency and it would overtake the world economy and all of the world governments. Of course he would be world ruler.... and you had better donate your money to his cause, or your time and talent otherwise he couldn't be your friend. 2) As you become a spiritually enlightened being - your heels will fall off and reveal chicken-like feet. 3) He was practicing with a book/tape of bird calls - because he was learning the bird's language. Once he could talk to the birds he would hire them to work on his farm as mentioned in part 1. He would jump around his apartment calling "Ca-caw! Ca-caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw!" That was his best "crow" speak. 4) As you become spiritually enlightened you will no longer feel cold nor heat. A good way to practice for this is to jog in place, outside in Minnesota in the winter, on the ice, barefooted. On tip toes because, you know - chicken feet as mentioned in #2. 5) He heard a voice in his head tell him to stare directly into to the sun until the voice told him not to stare. He stared at the sun for 4 hours, damaging his retinas. Now, all of this I could deal with... however the view that makes him not a nice person - 6) He believes that rape is ok. Men wouldn't rape women , unless the women really did want it. Any woman who said "no" was clearly lying. I do hope he heals from his mental illness some day, but it isn't cool to believe that rape is ok. I try to avoid him when I see him in public. But this most recent time I saw him, I couldn't help it. Maybe I'm a mean person. I asked if he had watched the eclipse...... Here's the squirrel woman:
Reports that a woman was arrested for training squirrels to attack her ex-boyfriend are fake news.

He's really weird. I wouldn't be able to handle any of that from him.

@just4him O h yeah! One of the few times I hung out with him - in the course of the night he - 1) asked me to bare his children 2) Told me that we couldn't hang out any more because I wouldn't donate time and funds to his plot 3) Wanted to "heal" my family 4) Got angry at me for not taking him to my parent's house 5) Re-enacted a scene that happened between him and his neighbors - placed his hands on me, I slapped him away Yup, that pretty much did it.... I am surprised that he doesn't have staff person or isn't living in a group home

@Hannihar I think he needs to be "in" somewhere for treatment. I'm all for those with issues being a part of society, but this guy needs more help than that I believe :/

Ah that fellow is one mixed up dude. I did see him out and about a bit ago. Actually followed me to my car. Creepy! I do hope that he gets the help he needs, but those types seldom do. Thanks for the sentiment dear

Oh My Soul! He really is a few sandwiches short of a picnic basket! I am so sorry you met him. How seriously creepy that he is walking about with that awful mindset.

@FayeHazel , it is a great expression :) . Yes, how scary that he is allowed to just be freely roaming about.

I love that "few sandwiches short" expression, I hadn't heard it before. Thanks... it's a great shame that he needed to be so ill and so disturbing of views. I wish he were in somewhere, but... I guess you can be that ill and be out.

hmm, and I thought the article about that squirrel woman was a genuine one (took me a while to convince myself that THAT could happen in real life!). That man you mentioned there, sounds a real nutty case. A pity, I met quite a few in my city, good looking like anything but their minds are not all there. God must have a good laugh at the human species, where beautiful women and men are in fact just empty shells!

I thought it was real at first, too! I think you're right. I would love to know God's take on this, on how personalities and mentalities get assigned to each of us.

I am actually shocked that people this ill are allowed willy-nilly around in society and not, say, in a group home where they can be supervised

These days, sometimes it's hard to tell if the news reported is fake or real. The website name can give it away usually but not all the time. This fake story you are speaking of is crazy. Wonder if anyone would do such a thing in reality.
