I'm hearing a lot about but is this a paying Writing site, this what I am trying to learn. And how they work ,does any my loter write on hub page .Ok thanks for any information.

@eagletrek2 It takes forever to have earnings from Hubpages. Unfortunately I do not know good writing sites where you can also earn money.
