Can you make your discussion with one member very long always. Sometimes I'm contented with their answer I just like them and I do not talk to them more. Sometimes I have many questions in my mind and the thread gets longers as I have more to say. Sometimes I'm amaze by a very long response or a very short response to my discussion.

That happens when you are with someone else at home too.

Sometimes I want to respond by saying longer sentences. But if I have nothing to say then I just say a few words to respond to the discussion I made.

@averygirl72 If the course of discussion is a bit off the topic and there is no point to further reply then just leave it as it is. Because it will only turn awkward and will not help a bit.

I enjoy long conversations but mostly I don't exchange a lot of conversation because I have nothing to say

Well, my lot is supposed to be a conversation so it's a good thing if some conversations get longer.

It depends. @chicksdigcars and I used to make a very long conversation over one discussion be it mine or hers or someone else's. We just got along so well that we can talk and talk and talk.

It depends on the discussion. It could be compared to a conversation standing in the mall or sitting down at a table to have a drink? Some are short some longer.
