I don't know how to read my scale. I weighed myself a few days ago I was 200.00 I weighed myself yesterday I was 198.4 today I weigh and I am 198.2. It's been two days now with no sugar for me. Could you tell me what that reading is? I just cleaned out my freezer. All my food is on the counter. I called someone to come pick it up. I am waiting on a call back. it's all sealed so I don't want to toss it out. But tomorrow I will begin a new program. I have cheese, and corn in just about everything. I have two jars of pasta sauce with sugar in it. a few boxes of pasta with 1 gram of sugar. So I need it all gone for me to notbe tempted. just to think that was my winter stash beginning to form. Oh well. I think my b12 has sugar but I need those.

That's good, you've been losing, way to go! I suggest you to search about the "squishy fat/whoosh effect". When the scale seems stuck or very slow, the reason could be that. Fat gets burned, but replaced with water that will eventually go away in a few days or even weeks.
