I Am Worn Out!

After being up so late last night and a busy day today, I am worn out. I’m going to go to bed early tonight, for sure. Maybe I can start a new routine. Instead of being a “night owl” and staying up late, and then sleeping late in the morning, maybe I can go to bed early and get up early. I really don’t know if I can do that or not. I’ve been “night owl” all my life. I have NEVER liked getting up early in the morning. How about you? Are you an Early Riser or a Night Owl?

I went to bed last night at 8:30PM. I read a few pages in my latest book and then turned off the light and immediately went to sleep. I was really tired.

@IreneVincent Did you wake up at 3AM? I often wake up at around that time IF I ever go to bed early.

Thanks for the good sleeping habit. I usually sleep early and get up early. Early to bed and early to get up make me feel more energy to begin the new day.

It's an old PROVERB: "early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise." I think that is true but I'm still a "night owl" who likes to sleep in.

@IreneVincent I have found that early to bed and early to rise make my skin healthy. So I struggle to go to bed earlier.

I am totally the same way! I work nights but am naturally a person who likes to go to sleep early. Hope you get some good and well deserved rest!

I went to bed at 8:30PM and after reading just a few pages, turned off the light and went right to sleep. I slept until 1:30AM and woke up long enough to make a run to the bathroom and went right back to sleep until 8:30 this morning. I was really tired.

It depends on the circumstance and just going with the flow seems to work for me @IreneVincent

I know what you mean. It depends on how active I am during the day and what is going on in my life.
