I'm on a mission!

Today is the second day of school, and I am home alone. I am going to be busy!
There are 5 people who live in this house, and with 3 kiddos underfoot this summer, I could not keep up with cleaning and keeping them entertained.
So my plan is to go room by room cleaning and decluttering. I am going to start with this closet. I should get at least that done today, and some laundry and other usual items.
My goal is to have the entire house done by Christmas. But I will push for closer the Halloween.

I'm on the same mission except I don't have any small children underfoot. I enjoy the days when my daughter goes to work and I designate them to cleaning and decluttering. When she's home we seem to be busy doing other things.

Sounds like you have it planned out well. I have to get to the main closet soon. Have to weed out the summer stuff and make room for the warmer fall and winter clothing.

I haven't made much progress aside from the front closet. But I am only one week in!
