Finally found some time to do a post.
The morning was very busy for us.
Lots of errands to do and done.
after lunch.Time for baking.
My first ever Apple Breakfast Bread
With all the apples I have here and did not want to waste them.
Born in the Great depression of the thirties.Waste is not heard of.
I saw this recipe Apple breakfast bread.Very simple.
Only use two apples to this.
Will find out tomorrow morning the good or the bad.
How you folks doing here on the Sat.afternoon?
any big news out there with the exception of Irma.

It looks so delicious Fredo..bet you do have lots and lots of apples..
Here is a recipe if you want to try it..it looks good too:
"I remember making it growing up and to this day still swoon at the smell of it coming out of the oven."

Ohhhh, I want to make this! Is it cinnamon-y too? I'll have to look up a recipe!

@amadeo I'm surprised. I thought everyone ate fried apple pies. It's only cooked apples. preferably dried, placed in a pie crust, press down around the crust so the apples don't ooz out, and fry. You can also bake in an oven. Make them about hand size or smaller. If you like them sweeter sprikle sugar on the crust after cooking.

Apple breakfast bread sounds delicious! Does it have cinnamon in it? I've never had it. We are doing fine here . Finally got my laundry done and am now continuing to watch a series on Amazon.
Yes Irma is big news, and scary news.

@MALUSE This is a breakfast bread.The first for me.Very simple with chopped apples and cinnamon etc.
Very easy to make.I found this online.it is a first for us.Will try this tomorrow at breakfast.
Guess this has been around.With so many apples and do not want to waste them if I can.
