Weak stomach

Recently, I had been consuming oatmeal in the morning and plain porridge with hard boiled egg for dinner. I had this same food for a week, nothing else because my upper gum feels a bit pain after the tooth extraction. I felt that my stomach is weak. I could have loose stool daily not the solid type. Does porridge and oats turn into loose stool?

I suppose it's the case because of the high content of fibers. Do you also drink milk?

@peachpurple Yes, the fiber and dairy are surely creating your problem.

Porridge and oats has a lot of fiber so yes it can result in loose stools.
