differences between various cryptocurrencies

i have always wanted to invest in cryptocurrency, can someone explain the major differences between Bitcoins and Ethereum and which one is the best to invest in.

I've been dabbling in bitcoins and the free faucets that they have available online. I don't really know much about ethereum but for bitcoins, it has the highest exchange rate as it is the oldest one around. Bitcoin is also more popular so it would probably be good to invest in bitcoins or satoshis and invest it on a site that will help you double it. Just make sure that it's legit.

thats very informative. There seems to be various sites that are not legit... any recommendations for legit sites i can invest on bitcoins?

Bitcoin is the PRIME COMMODITY. If you want to invest, it is recommended to keep it in Trezor or Ledger Nano
