The perfect tomatoes

This year I am picking the perfect tomatoes from my garden patch. For the first time I planted the tomatoes against the side of the house and it seemed like the ideal place. The tomatoes I planted are the beefsteak tomatoes which are quite large.
I started picking the first ripe tomatoes last week and another bunch this week. They are perfect i the sense that they are big, red, no blotches or marks, no bugs eating them. The only problem is what do I do with all these tomatoes? There is just so many tomato sandwiches, salsa and salads one can make. How do you like your tomatoes?

It's only recently that I ate potatoes. I like having them in my salad. I like raw tomatoes.

That is so nice you're harvesting the fruits of your hardship. By next month I'll start my vegetable garden again and tomatoes is one one of them

@ilocosboy I try planting okra and eggplant here but no luck. This year I got a few tiny eggplants - really not worth the effort. I guess they are just not meant to be grown here.

They are very big ones. I like tomatoes in salads, in sandwiches.

I bet they are. I like to cut pieces off and eat the piece in a sandwich and not the whole thing.

Oh, those look delicious! We used to have a garden, but we don't have the time anymore. I like my tomatoes on salads, sandwiches, tacos, most anything tomatoes go on, but I don't like them sliced with pepper, like I have seen some people do.

Wow those are beautiful. I love freshly grown tomatoes. I eat them just like that. I also like BLT sandwiches, salsa, salads, spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes and chili.

I grow tomatoes too and every year I get a bumper crop. I've got so many, I don't know what to do with them. I've made soup several times and ketchup.
