Do You Like Goat Meat?

Let's say it's just discussion, I don't know how you accept this discussion but you know, in our province, goat meat is one of the best meat dish in the table. So may I ask againm do you like goat meat? We have many recipes on goat milk that includes kaldereta, kilawen, sinanglaw and the usual adobo and lechon. And take note, the price per order is not cheap. Goat meat is one of the expensive. Because of this many people engage in goat raising as their livelihood. One or two goats are also raise in every backyard.

Can't say I've ever had goat meat.. though I've had lamb before. Are they similar?

I think there's big difference in the taste,I just can't explain how but there's distinct taste between the two meat.

I have never tried goat meat but would love to. We don't eat that here I don't think. We mostly eat cow and pig.

Yes, I do like goat meat. There is a nearby shop in my place that sells goat meat. My favorite goat meat dish is kinilaw.

It is not common at my hometown even beef. Only pork and chicken are common here. But I rarely eat meat. I am a seafood and veggie lover.

is it different from mutton? How does the goat meat taste? I have tried mutton, but I have no ideas about what's different between goat meats and muttons. Or these two are the same ?

@Behindtheguitarbar there's not so much meat of sheepin the market that's wht its quite expensive. You can buy goat dishes in the restaurant
