I Just Stretched My Knee

My mirror fell on the floor and instead of bending my knee, I stretched out for it. That's all I need, because my arm is still not good. Therefore, I still have a bad arm. And I keep hitting it on things. I would have two areas that hurt. That wouldn't be good. Hopefully, it will not hurt for too long. I'll try to walk it off during the day.

What did you do to your arm? I have two bad shoulders. While in the process of moving I fell in to the bathtub and on my right side and helped my mover afterwards so I did what I was not suppose to do. The doctor I went to told me not to do anything for 3 weeks and that did me damage. My shoulder got wrecked and then many years later my left became the same problem as the right. So, please take care of yourself.

I had a frozen shoulder which affected my arm and still does. I overreached for something in the store and I heard a snap.

@AbbyGreenhill My knee feels a lot better. I'll just have to always deal with the arm pain off and on.

Hope your knee feels better. What are you doing for your arm? It's been awhile that it's been hurting hasn't it?

Ouch, and more ouch... These days my bones and muscles seem to fall apart or something. Everything seems to be not OK.
