I got $4 voucher for free!

Yesterday I was hungry so I decided buy foods thru delivery, they told me that if the food arrive late im going to get $4 for free. They told me that the delivert guy will arrive as guarantee delivery time Then the food is late for 20 minutes then I contacted the customer service and told then that the delivery is 20minutes late, the they gave me $4 voucher that I used to buy dinner at night hehe, Yummy!!

@tech40 ..Because I heard that it will be deducted to their salary and poor performances that will give those managers the reason to fire them if it happens continuously. Oh well..It`s a good control on delivery performances

@m_audrey6788 For real? It's been an issue before here in Philippines, but their statement said that, the company is the one who shoulder those fee's or vouches.. not the delivery guy.. If that is the case, then I feel sad to that driver.. I wish the lady on the phone didn't provide any guaranteed delivery time.. haha

@m_audrey6788 Hmm, yeah the annoying situation is that.. I'm asking the delivery guy to write the time that he arrived on the receipt, and the delivery guy don't want to put the time.. which is annoying..

@antonbunot It is! It keeps of growling and I've been rolling because I'm hungry, then the delivery guy is late for 20minutes, which made me more upset.. anyway.. its nice to see that the representative that we've talked through phone told us that they offer voucher if the delivery is late.
