No More Coffee for Breakfast

I drink coffee every morning for many years, not until my husband introduced me to drink a vegetable shake. He made it himself and it tastes good and healthy. Now, I make it for myself especially if he is on duty. I just put in my Nutribullet Food Extractor some fresh cucumber, chayote, carrots, and some bananas. Then I add cold water and that's it. It really tastes healthy and delicious. I thought I can't live without coffee in the morning but now I realized that I can. Wanna try it? Good luck!

Too much of coffee is not good for health,especially for heart. In coffee there is caffeine which is not good for our health.Once in a while coffee is good but too much of coffee consumption is not good. We may become addicted also to coffee if we have regularly. If we have a will to stop we can stop. When you feel to have coffee every time you can make for yourself fruit juice,vegetable juice ,milkshakes of your choice ,so that you don't get addicted to coffee.
