It's Sunny and Bright

As I look outside my front door I see the sun nice and bright high up in the sky. The sky is a beautiful blue with fluffy white clouds dancing across it.
I am now able to hear the birds once more and watching the squirrels running around chasing each other across the yards.
It's beginning to look as feel as though things are getting back to normal. Well, almost normal.
The yards are filled with branches and twigs that still need to be cleaned up. However, the things that delight me are coming back once again.
The blue skies, fluffy white clouds, birds, squirrels, the shinning sun, the soft breeze and the feeling of peace.
We are among the most blessed people. It could have been so much worse.

@TiarasOceanView When their roof is fixed, it will be fixed sometime next week. I love children but, I am not used to little ones around day and night.

@HazySue Very well. By the way, Cashew milk is delicious! I even used it to make a yummy vegetable dish. I made cubed potatoes, diced up a tomato and onion, put in in a pan with virgin olive oil covering the bottom, let that cook for a little while and added a cup of cashew milk and two beaten eggs. It was soooooo good. Oh, I did add spices so it wouldn't be bland.

Here in Kansas, Fall is moving in. We have a soft mist covering the area, and coolness right now. I am okay with that, it is part of the natural turn of things.
