I hope everyone's Saturday is going well. We have sunshine. Looking out through the trees from my deck I see a slightly yellow in the green leaves of summer for the first time this year. Its pleasantly cool and I don't need the overhead fan. People are walking their dogs along the trail below our deck. Kids are passing by in swimsuits enjoying the last days of summer.
We went to Frankie's for a late lunch or an early supper, either way you want to look at it. My better half had a plate of spaghetti with marinara sauce and I had a salad and their delicious baked rolls with oil and garlic. Yummy. Now My better is watching the soccer game and I'm on the deck with my iPad and my book, Dark Assassin. How was your day?

Day was going good til a while ago..Ill be fine and just deal with it.

@marlina No thanks Marlina..just sick of noise so I went out for a long time walking around and sat down at a little table talking to a poor lady that has no where to live only in the motel over there..I often see her and talk with her a while..I gave her my rosary that I had.

The weather seems to be cooperating enough for us to get the most out of the last days of summer. I love to sit outside and read too

I spent the morning at work for a few hours, making sure everything was set for the weekend at our swimming pools. Then I spent the afternoon tailgating for the Florida Gators/Tennessee Volunteers football game, before heading into the stadium to watch the game. And after our last-second score to win the game against Tennessee, I spent most of the night partying in celebration. Really feeling it this morning though! haha

Well, we awoke to a hazy smoke Friday and it is worse today from all the 20 or so forest fires in Oregon. We are supposed to get rain by tomorrow and that will be a great thing. We are staying inside with the a/c on.

I headed over to the park with a new book to read. I spent a couple hours there before heading home and also finished Chapter 3 in Uncertain Future, so it was a very good day as well. It's always a good day when the sun shines and you don't need the A/C.
