Well anyway, it seems like another humid day today. I made a new friend last night so that is exciting plus I got another call on the room. Someone is supposed to be coming over to see the room today..but not honestly sure if they are going to show up. What plans do you have for today? Do you think it will be a good day for you? I hope so!

Good luck with that! What type of screening do you do on potential renters?
Relaxing day as every other, nothing special - we see where it goes.

@AbbyGreenhill Yeah, but the more you do the more it costs. I didn't check my other roomie out..he was great with the rent money..but he wasn't a very pleasant person to live with..not my cup of tea.

@snowy22315 I would not only do that but do a credit check and a any other checks possible. You can't be too careful.

Well its nice and sunny here and just about right temps today around 70 or so.
Hope that person comes to see the room Snowy and that its a good fit.

Yeah..me too..but I am kind of lukewarm about it..as she is part of a couple. I would let them do it on a trial basis though I guess if they wanted it.

For the Chicago area we had a very mild August, but the last few days here have been really hot and humid and the air is on again after hardly using it in August. Oh well I can't be in that sweltering heat.

It is not so much hot here..but it is humid. I don't like it..I think we are having the beginning of September weather now..it was cool here when Sept first started. Even last week was Fall like.
