Do I eat every day? Do I sleep every day? Do I drink water every day? I'm here almost every day but how long will vary from hours to minutes.

I am on in the morning before i head into work and a few hours at night when I get home from work if i'm not too tired. I may not post every day but i still interact when i'm on here.

I log in five days a week. On my days off, I disconnect from social media so no myLot for me, unless I'm bored out of my wits so I log in and participate in discussions.
