Any tips to get rid of worries?

I believe everyone has worries. Some can reduce the worries to the minimum, while others keep thinking about it until they become physically ill. I used to be worried about my girlfriend (who is now my wife) walking out on me. I would ponder over it sadly and would be lazy talking to other people. I still have worries about negative things coming back to me. Several years ago, I had vertigo, which had chained me to the bed for a couple of days. I know what it was like. The worries sometimes disturb me when I am alone. What would happen if the vertigo attacked me again while I am alone? Do you have such worries? Do you know how to handle vertigo?

Pray, maybe this is the best thing for you to do. We have so many worries, stress, but cheer up and go outside sometimes.

It sounds like you are suffering extreme stress and depression my friend. As you say you cannot afford to go to doctor, then I hope that someone you can talk with? You need that it is very important besides myLot.

Not exactly extreme stress. It was like a kind of phobia -- being afraid of bad things returning. Sometimes I feel it relapsed but later I found out it wasn't.

I did try but failed. The worries came back. I heard physical exercise can get rid of it.

Whatever happens makes us vulnerable no doubt. Yet always consciously keep on reminding you that you can face and handle anything with utmost wisdom. I also worry on certain things. I tend to de deep breathing or walk a lot when worry tries to overpower me.

Everyone worries at some point but its not good to focus on worrying.God has not given you a spirit of fear but of love and sound mind.So worrying is not from God.Your future is bright and worry is just a distraction.Refuse to settle for that and refuse to accept that its normal! Feed your spirit by praying more and listening to uplifting music and preaching if you believe in that. Also do what you love often.Go outside and find activities you can do.Find genuine people you can talk to, swim, travel, go watch movies, exercise,,,do anything but don't allow worry to hold you back. All the best!
