@blessedLIZ you can gift toys as a only two years kid need nothing big than a pleasure and a toy can give pleasure.

Kids, especially 2 year olds mainly care for toys not clothes. But we always do a toy and an outift for most kids. Because its also tough on most parents to buy new clothes, so it helps them plus gives a gift.

FInd out from one of his parents what kind of things interest him. Wooden puzzles are also good choices for that age, as are dress up clothes/costumes.
