I remember The day when Pres Obama was elected I was setting in a state building the next day.I was a young man and a man that never be around a lot of racism that day I heard some hateful stuff that made me so upset because people ignorance because they didn't know what was going to happen with a black man in office. I say this we all bleed red we all humans. I heard some distasteful stuff with Hillary running about women. I do not agree with this what are your thoughts

I try to let the comments of others roll off me like rain. You would think that in this day and age that comments such as these would be nonexistent. Unfortunately you'll hear them and when you do, it kind of takes you off guard. When asked my opinion, I answer honestly and with a smile. This happened to me recently when I was with a client. My response took him totally off guard. He made me feel uneasy with his comment and I set him straight. It was a good feeling.

If you are going to criticize someone in office it needs to be about their policies and actions, not about race, or gender. It does show a lot of ignorance.

Everyone has different views and tastes, let us take it on our stride. I am not much aware about US Politics, however, I understand that Obama proved to be one of the successful Presidents in US.

Because my friend he was was black and white it was from both sides of the culture so he tried to help everyone. Poor people could relax because they figure there was a chance with Obama

Sadly there are some, that will not go against what they believe as far as the type of President we should have. I know a previous boss i had would always say, we are going to be in for it with the Black man if he wins.. He would ever say Obama. I always find it to my best interest to stay away from the political talk because of stuff like this, people saying what they think is right.. It is hurtful to my ears and won't argue with these people.

Well that just shows how ignorant people are. Colour should mean nothing they should see the for who they are and not the colour of their skin. Sorry you have had to witness this ignorance. We are fortunate to have anti discrimination laws here in the UK and they will be enforced.

Racism is evil, it's a powerful display of hate, towards another race or creed. Women quite often are made fun of, trying to fill a position, that has always been handled by a man.

There is nothing wrong with the color of the skin. What matters is attitude, and the right values any man carries in himself to be considered truly human. Regardless of race, religion, beliefs, culture and others, we are the same for we belong to one God and one earth God created for all Hid children.
