Do you meditate?

So every morning I end up meditating. seeing as how it takes me a while to wake up and I figure about everyone does that in the morning. I come up with some weird ideas to ask and do, but of course during my day I forget. I was thinking why grandma out lived so many of her kids. Likely because she quit smoking at 30 yrs. because of the great depression and rations. I remember my mom talking about tobacco rations because grandma gave hers to grandpa and (sadly) to her kids. not such a gift for sacrificing. lol. but she also out lived grandpa that always had a pipe going. also. I was also thinking about how with each president it seems the working/middle class has gotten the worst deals. I heard this one is planning different but we shall see. the well to do and poor always get the good deals it seems. Today so far, I have had to call Hulu to see why they had changed things and now I have to learn it over again and I got disappointed about who won Big Brother. seems these people can't stop carrying a grudge! hows your day? photo of cups my middle son sent for my birthday. haven't the heart to tell him I quit collecting much of anything. but did used to collect Betty Boop and cups. still I love that he remembered.
