Team Building

The employees plus the employers are telling each how fun it was when they attended the team building program of their institution. The fun games and the dancing, singing and joking for their team to earn points for their team and win against other team. There was no prizes but its part of their bonding and developing their belongingness to other employees and employers. They must work as a team and later on their camaraderie and relationship with each other. Have you ever been into team building?

Most of the team buildings I've been to just end up as drinking and eating sessions!

I recently went to a team building. If you can remember the discussion I posted. I mentioned there where we went and what we did. It was fun and really built team cooperation.

Our school is really into doing this kind of thing this year. I don't like it but maybe that is because I'm old and crabby. I've never liked games much. I think since my classes are music that we bond simply by rehearsing and performing music together.
