Silent places?

September 23, 2017 10:34am CST
For many people, when sleep comes, it must find a quiet place to sleep... While for other people, silence doesn't matter because the urge to sleep is greater than the noise of the place. When you're sleepy, does the noise of the place make any difference?

I can sleep even if it's noisy. I think my body and mind is getting used to it already.

It has to be quiet for me but i can't sleep in pitch dark. I always have the TV on with the volume off and timer set for 2 hours. it helps me sleep that way but i am a light sleeper so I wake up to any kind of noise.

Yes it does, but, I have a great white noise machine that can drown out sounds and you may hear them but not loudly.

Sleep is more affected by the surroundings, if the place is noicier I think you would catch a sleep.
