I do not like to eat out at the fast food places often but at times when I am on the road and with limited funds for the rest of the month I have to be a cheapskate but hey its free the way I look at it.
If you will look on the receipt there is a code to do a survey and when you do the survey about your visit you will get a free item next time when you buy the same.
A few days ago we went by McDonald`s so I am looking at what I can get the next time out and need food on the cheap, I have 30 days to use it. This time it`s gonna be 4 piece of chicken tenders OR bacon egg cheese biscuit. Well for me it`ll be the chicken! So I will be able to feed two people, me and Tony, for the price of one meal.
Its free and the company gets to keep a check on their stores.
Do you eat out free or cheap? Use coupons?

I don't eat fast food often but I do know that McDonalds offers a free item just for doing their survey. How can you go wrong!!

I didn't know mcdonald's does coupons like that. I eat there every few months or so whenever I get the craving. It's been quite awhile though since I've had fast food as I try to avoid it.

Yes I got them in the mail last month, a lot of buy one get one. then on the receipt there is a survey, you get the code at the end.

I do the surveys as well. My husband bought me a cup of coffee from Dunkin Donuts yesterday, I won a free bagel with cream cheese-which I LOVE and a free muffin! =) With both it's definitely more than my cup of coffee cost!!

Yes, I do what I can to eat for free or to eat cheaply. Coupons are quite common here in Manila. Fast food restaurants give these out to attract more customers in their establishments.

Yes that would be Tuesday at KFC and Wednesday at Publix. I do both at times.

@NJChicaa Well, I do not know about you but I will always use toilet paper, shampoo and condition, bath soap or body wash, washing liquid and dish washing detergent. cat and dog food, not for me for them. And that my friend is how I love to use coupons!

I do this. Honestly, it probably saves the company money to give away a sandwich now and then. It's cheaper than hiring a mystery shopper.

@andriaperry Any employer will as for your SS#. That doesn't seem unusual to me, especially since they'd need it for tax purposes.

There are some places where I will do the survey and get something free. Sometimes the freebie is not what I want at all though.

I do. I use my McDonalds app an Subway app alot. I just scored a Dominos 5 buck off coupon this AM so I will get their 7.99 carry out soon.

Nothing here is for free or cheap. The fast food places have hiked up their combination meals and the quality is not the best so I do not eat fast food here.

If I was out on the road and fast food was the only option, I would never do McDonalds. Rather do Burger King or Wendys. Perhaps it depends on which location it is, but the few times I've been at McDonalds I did not like their burgers.
