Can you reply "NO" easily?

I think I can't! Recently I met a man when I was attend my exam, there he was also a candidate. He was good and friendly person but I'm not because sometimes I'm friendly but most of the time reserve. He is elder to me so I gave him respect. And when he asked for my contact number I can't say "No" as reply but I told I hardly attend phone calls. After the day of exam he called me many times and I only attend the call once and put his number to blacklist. He now sending me msg that why I gave him number, he is feeling that I insult him but he should understand that, I don't attend calls from everyone and at that time when we met he should understand from my expression that I don't want to share my contact number. Can you say NO easily?

It takes time to master "the art of saying no", I must say I'm quite ahead. Sure, it often feels bad to say no, at the same time truth is painful but fast, while a lie can turn into agony.

Yes l say no easily to things I'm not comfortable with and most especially giving out my number. We have to be very close friends or pal before l can give you my number.

Ya it takes time to say 'no' to anybody. I have never said no to anybody for anything. I have the thought in my mind that how they would feel and react towards it.

There was a time when i was really shy n wanted to a friend to everyone n i use to say yes n agree with them to what ever they say but now that i realized that i can never do that n no one can. Now i say no whenever i want to.
