After hard reset on my phone, Google verification won't allow phone to start again

It keep asking me for my Google account. Then it says wait another 72 hours before i can use the phone after the hard reset. Actually it says something like because of recent password change in your Google account you May have to wait 72 hours before you can sign in. When after 72 hours i opened the phone and start the process of starting the phone, it says wait another 24 hours. After 24 hours i again open the phone still the same message and i can't get pass the Google account verification to start using the phone. I searched online what to do. Many had same problems. Thankfully one YouTube video tutorial finally helped me to get pass this verification . So my phone is back to normal. Here is the video tutorial For those who experience same problem. Lesson learned not to do hard reset on the Android phone.
