Of course we all are free to write just about anything but mylot admins cautio not be mean or insulting I get a bit tired of being told we are served a heavy breakfast>?By whose definition and who made them top foor critic? Al;ot of you choose not to even eat breakfast so I take these remarks wth a lot of salt. I think a lot feel anything beyond toast and coffee' ios too much. we have laws, rules anmd geuaions as to' what we are served at breakfast, the amoung etc board of healjgh and other gove agencies make sure resident s at retirement'centers are feed what thet deem is healhtgt and portion are measured and controlled. So come on knoc k it off, our breakfasts are normal according to the gov agencies So lets not use h eavy anymore its irritating and not correct anyway.o those who do not even try to eat breakfast docors frow n ' at that as we should break our f ast. When in a facility they must serve balanced meals. From your posts it seems they are doing just fine with that.

I feel like this, its to each person what they eat or don`t eat. NO ONE should be mean about what you eat, Tell them how old you are and to kiss you rear if they do not like it, Plus you did not get this old from "eating a light breakfast!"

Patsie do not get mad, think that any comment, no matter what people write brings you some money. Just do not get mad and go on. In my opinion they serve a good breakfast, I see nothing wrong.

To some, it is heavy because their bodies can't handle all that in one sitting. But its true to not eat too heavy, for any meal. Especially dinner, because that is close to bedtime.

@Hatley yes, you need a good breakfast but to some it is heavy, even if to you it isnt. It all depends on the people themselves. So just enjoy your food and dont pay those saying its heavy any mind.

I think that breakfast should be the big meal of the day. We should be able to eat whatever we like, within reason of course. Then smaller meals throughout the day. I always feel so much better when I have a good breakfast.

Personally I think your breakfasts are just great. You can eat as much or as little as you want. The best thing is that the breakfast is ready and prepared. There are days when I feel hungry in the morning and would like a bigger breakfast but don't want to make to myself.

@Hatley with so much supervision you probably have healthier meals than most of us.
