Charging phones in the church

How do you feel about people that deliberately come to church with bags full of phones to charge in the church.I find this very distracting,because they'll be leaving their seats so many times to check the battery level and be causing all forms of distractions. Do you experience this?What do you think ?

Why does the pastor allow this? It should be the easiest thing for him/her NOT to allow it.

I have never heard about or seen people who do this. It is definitely wrong given that they won't be at church for a very long time

I have never experienced it. But it will surely distract others ,and they cannot concentrate on their prayer..
