By a house I mean..I was out kind of early today to meet someone who was buying one of my items. I saw a sign for an open house in my community. They have built some of these really cute houses in my community and I love the red doors and masonry in the front. I wandered in and the house was every bit as nice inside as out. I was thinkin g OK if I sold my house I could buy this..but then I would have amortgage again... OK cute house, you almost seduced me, but I got away!

Yeah, me too. I made a mistake being seduced by this house. I can't let that happen again!

If you sell your house, you are not going to buy another one or? Yes houses are very enticing..that one you looked at sounds so cozy.

You resisted temptation! Taking on a mortgage is a big decision but I know how you feel. There are days when I consider moving even though there's nothing wrong with my house

Yes, no more mortages for me. I just think it would be unwise at this point in my life.

I understand what you're talking about. We thought about buying a new home, out in the country. Then, our monthly house payments would end up being twice as much, with more property to mow!:(

Well this one didn't have a huge lot, but the deck was half the size. I just don't want to pay another mortgage.not at my age!

It really was, the only things it lacked were a FP and a garage.

I can understand, a new mortgage is not a nice thing to have to pay.

Recently, I think about buying a single apartment for myself. But! It's a lot for me to carry the loan. I have thought about renting, but it was quite the same as buying a single apartment.
