The raisin trick

So, I saw something on one of the TV news shows that sounds improbable, but it really does kind of work. The next time you want junk food..take a raisin, put it in your mouth, roll it around taste the texture, suck on it a little, really experience it, and it will help you not eat the junk food. I have tried this a few times..it does help..but it probably isn't going to replace a bowl of ice cream...

Wow, is this real, I think I will try it next time I agree with you, nothing can replace a good bowl of silky smooth ice cream :)

@vsai2008 I am a bit of a junk food junky,,and if it is here..I am most likely going to eat it..although it sort of depends on what it is..some things I am as not as prone to get into as others.

I do like raisins, but haven't snacked on them in a while. They upset my stomach a little bit.

Except to lose weight..you might want to eliminate the "bread" part.

Sure sounds good. Now that I've cut way back on refined sugar I eat a lot more fruit
