Allergies and a Sinus Headache...not a great way to start the day

Happy Monday everyone!
I'm not having a very good start to my day today. My eyes are watery and itchy so my allergies are acting up. Have no idea what's causing allergies today and they've also managed to bring on a sinus headache. I get a headache once in a blue moon so this is a very unpleasant.
Other than my whining about how I feel this morning everything else is fine. The sun is shining and it's going to be another beautiful day even though the temperatures will hit about 90 degrees F.
My headache has kind of railroaded my plans for today as I made myself a little "to do" list for things I wanted to get done around the house today. Guess that will be put on hold until later or tomorrow.
It turned out to be a busy weekend so I didn't get to spend as much time here as I had wanted. Now I have lots to catch up on.

I can sympathize as I have a bad back that acts up occasionally. Smart not to do too much today and save your back

Yes it did turn into a very nice day afterall. I started feeling better by mid-afternoon

I only take medication as a last resort. Thankfully I felt better by mid-afternoon

Sorry, to hear about your allergies. Hopefully you will feel better. I don;t think we are going to get quite that hot here..It was coolish last night so I don't think the temps will get cranked up that far.

It's miserably hot here and even at night it doesn't cool off enough for me. I love cooler nights for sleeping

I'm sorry. I'm having one myself (my sinuses are hurting my teeth, that's how bad they're hurting). Tis the season, I guess. I pray you find quick relief from the issues, because they are terrible.

Sometimes just dry crushed up leaves will do that to people, I don't really know your environment. But that's what happens to people here in the fall. I'm sorry about your headache. That is miserable. Enjoy your myLot today! Hope the headache resolves so you can

I live in the country surrounded by trees etc. Usually it's not this bad especially since the weather is quite warm today

I'm sorry you woke up with a sinus headache and allergy trouble. It's a beautiful day here too, but thankfully not quite 90. It's a good day now that the laundry is done and I'm sitting here enjoying myLot.

You are suffering like I did after I mowed the grass. I took a sinus tablet and I got better.
