Do You Contradict Yourself?

There were times you had already written something here then later would delete them thinking of so many contradictions?
It happens to me most of the time, so I end up with more "safe" or "tamed" posts; not the controversial ones like those involving politics or other controversial issues.
Sometimes it makes us happy to just write simple things than the complex ones. It makes life happier!

Better to be safe than sorry when writing words on any site.

It is one of the reasons why I tend to write only about pets, about the day-to-day activities at home, etc. to be safe.

I agree, those two topics are quite "sensitive" ones; so better be safe.

Controversial issues are hard to discuss, without someone getting upset or their feelings hurt. So, I stick with subjects that noone can fight over, friendly family gatherings, things going on at school, pets, or the weather.

I do the same, because I am thinking that those hard news/political news specifically can be discussed in some other sites, maybe on news sites. I find myLot to be of a different setting.

@acelawrites This site is for us to speak about our personal experiences, not politics.

@acelawrites I might contradict myself occasionally, if I don't I'd be surprised

I agree, most of the time we wanted just to be safe; to touch on lighter things in life.

Yes, there could be some ways at discussing them without touching sensitive matters.

Maybe it is common among us, content writers because there are so many doubts.
