How Do They Compensate Their Lack? / myLot

A friend was passing by when we struck a short meaningful conversation. Reflecting on an office situation he said, " Those who lack in courage and competence, compensate their lack with cunning and craftiness." I could not but agree with him because the reality is before me to see. Have you found it to be true in your work situation?

Yes, i did experince that before when i was still working. They cant accept the fact that someone is ahead of them. Well i guess it is others way of living. Well i hope they are not botherig you or anything?
