There are many songs like that like the Chicken Dance and many more. Actually its not the lyrics that matters here but the rhythm where the kids can relate and dance to the music.

I like the original "Axel F" song from the "Beverly Hills? Cop" soundtrack the best.
Although the Gummy Bear song is pretty catchy in the same way as this one too.
