What type of exercise do you do?

I personally do zumba. I love dancing, so this type of exercise just works for me. Although i do not go to a Zumba class, I enjoy it doing with my family and friends. And I am finally exercising regularly. Like i do look forward to exercising during the day. What about you, which type of exercise do you do?

@ilocosboy yeah i remeber that discussion as well. I have tried running. We are near by the beach anyway, so runnig early morning or late afternoon by the shore is one of the best experiences i had. I hope we could do it again.

That's nice. I have never done Zumba yet have heard that it's good. I usually do Aerobics.

I and the boyfriend use to do that when I was still healthy. I can say it's fun because you are really sweating.

@cacay1 She needs surgery, she is 60, walking is good, jogging or going to Zumba classes was not something she had to do, even her doctor has told her, but it was in fashion and she did.

I used to do Zumba too. I do kickboxing, belly dancing, yoga, martial arts/yoga mix, and learning kung fu (on youtube).

Oh yeah, you mentioned belly dancing, i did that for a while too. It kept my waist a bit thinner, but i grew bored. Lol. Anyway, i enjoy zumba from the dance marshall on youtube. He was a lot of fn to watch. Ever heard about him?

Dancing is also my exercise 25 minutes before I go to sleep. I do this every night while watching my fav Tv showI think you are so slim and cute due to your zumba.
