Tame Bees on her hands

How come this woman is brave to hold bees on her hands. Don't the bees sting her? She is my coworker's sister. They are on a long holiday. I envy them. Back to the bees. How can bees be tamed?

There are such things as stingless bees, They are mostly honey bees and they are super neat!
