Can I get a hearty "Amen!"?

I don't usually pay attention to the earnings, other than the daily and monthly earnings from time to time. Today, however, I happen to hit the total earnings by mistake. I was shocked to learn that today I have now earned over $200 here on myLot. Although the $5 here or the $2 there or the occasional $10 month may not seem like a lot, individually, when you add them all up, you realize the benefit of having a little bit of money that can accumulate. Today has given me a little bit more perspective on this site, on savings, and on paying bills. What if we were to be able to save $0.50 a day, everyday for all 365 in the year? Not all of us may be able to do much, but we can do a little. For one year that would mean saving $182.50. If not $0.50 a day, then $0.25 a day. Others of us might have a habit that cost us much more than $0.50 a day, that if we were to take that cigarette money, or money we spend on a daily soda pop, or if we were to take our lunch from home, rather than spend $5 or $10 for fast food on our lunch breaks, how much money could you use to spend on a credit card that has a balance? Whether we are here at the site for a few pennies a day, or a dollar a day, it all eventually adds up. What a fabulous thing we have here at our disposal at myLot! You most certainly can get an amen from me:

$0.25 a day for one year would give you $91.25 and another quarter on a leap year. And then if we add to that the coins that we find on the ground over the year, we would have an extra $100. But some people won't look at that and think that it's accumulation. Because we live in a $100 a day just for eating food away from home and going to Starbucks everyday. That becomes their priority.
