A gloomy day

It was a gloomy day inside and out. I didn't sleep much last night because I didn't feel well. Woke up to a cloudy, windy and rainy day made worse by the fact that I felt under the weather. So all day I gazed at the dark skies feeling trapped, binged watched some shows and didn't feel like doing much else. Oh how I hate days like these. I hope October came in with a bang for you.

I remember so clearly, when the same thing occurred, as the weather got gloomy, my heart got heavy. Food was the only thing, that brought me comfort. These things use to control my life. Now, it's not that way.

Even food didn't help me today as I didn't feel like eating much of anything. If I wasn't feeling ill then the gloom would be easier to take.

What city do live in? We had a sunny but cool day. It was a pretty good day. I did all I set out to do.

@Freelanzer We have another sunny day. I will be soon going for a nice 30 walk to a large shopping center and buy some local apples which are out of this world. I bought some yesterday and they were simply amazing. I hope today will be better for you.

Sunny but cool would be nice. The days are getting cooler but we have had a lot of rain this fall.

@1hopefulman Nothing beats local, I am sure those apples are delicious. Enjoy the walk. It sun is out now but still quite windy.

I also hate gloomy day. I like a day with short rain but then it brightens up again.

October came not with a bang but it was a busy day like usual. It was hot and sunny during the day but it rained late in the afternoon until evening time.
