I recently started a new workout regimen called Bollyfit. I discovered it while watching a lifestyle channel on cable t.v. that airs fitness shows early in the morning. I took interest on Bollyfit because it combines Bollywood dance and aerobics. I've always preferred a dance workout over gym workout.
I've done 4 episodes so far and my faves are episodes 3 and 4. I especially enjoy the muscle conditioning and dance parts.
Have you tried Bollyfit or other dance workouts ?

it's like food, a lot of "fusion" now, and thanks to the internet, you can experiment and find what suits you. do you do it every day? how many minutes?

I do the workout at least twice a week for 20 minutes and preferably in the morning because we burn more calories during morning exercise. If I don't sweat enough, I run another episode. It's low impact aerobics so it's pretty manageable. I love that it makes me sweat and takes away my body pains. Just 20 minutes and I'm usually good for the rest of the day.

Yes, i do. I seem to have lasting energy during the day and my body pains and inflammations have lessened. I also feel more positive, for some reason. My fitness goal is to gain strength and endurance and to make my bones stronger. Also, to sweat a lot and release toxins.

I haven't weighed in but i do feel lighter and more agile. My primary goal is to gain strength and endurance and to detox by sweating a lot.
Do you workout too?

I don't do anything like this. I get enough exercise teaching music and using movement and folk dance during my day.

Music and folk dance indeed are good for the body. I used to perform folk dances and I so enjoyed it.
