I have never heard that high blood pressure has much to do with what you eat. But I could not eat at Kentucky fried chicken more than once in a year for very special reasons. Homemade food is best.

Blood pressure is increased by many types of food, although not usually to the extent of being a permanent condition. Biscuits are a major source of salt, which is considered bad for anyone with high blood pressure.

Oliy and highly carb foods tend to increase blood pressure.

That's really high. You should eat less carb and oliy food and try to go out on walks as well.

High blood pressure is not too difficult to control. Nevertheless, your doctor may prescribe medication to maintain a lower level.

Are you on maintenance medicine for high blood pressure? Or it is just sometimes that you BP goes high. Fatty foods indeed can elevate your BP. So, you must control yourself from eating them often.

maybe you mean physician and not psychiatrist? by blood pressure, there should be a systole and diastole, meaning it should be in the form of a fraction, like 120/80. if your systole is 141, what is your diastole then? i think you should cut down on too much salty and too fatty foods.

141 is initial hypertension, you had better cut down on fast food. Do you have a blood pressure minitor at home? Check your blood pressure everyday

@wongchoiyee you know, when i went to dentist to pull my tooth, dentist said my blood pressure was 145, say i cannot pull because will not stop bleeding, but when i went back home check my pressure, it was 120. I go to 1 Malaysia check also 140, he said that I have white coat syndrome, means I panicked when i see dr, my blood pressure shoot up.

I don't think what you eat has anything to do with your blood pressure but I could be wrong. I think it is mostly hereditary or stress related.
