I needed to catch my semi-feral cat, Gizmo. The wife and I discussed what we needed to do, but when it came time to do it, which required one of us, that would be me, to go outside and into the catio to chase him back inside.
And the sky had opened up.
Now, I have never gone out into the catio in the rain before, so I discovered that part of the roof dumps a lot of rain right where I needed to stand to move a plastic bin out of the way.
Then, while I'm trying to chase him inside, what did I discover, a leak in the roof of the catio and got even wetter.
Then I took my umbrella to go out front to get another carrier in and for whatever reason, even though I was trying to stay right under the umbrella, I kept getting water down my back.
Now, 30 minutes later, the rain has let up some, but I'm pretty wet.

The catio has a roof, so he didn't get wet. I had to go outside to get onto the catio, so I got wet. I'm sure the cats knew where the leak was, and I know he avoided the worst of it, which I ended up walking into since I was focused on him, not my surroundings.
