Coming in at # 2 on my favorite movies from 1985 series is the breakfast club, directed by John Hughes and, starring Judd Nelson, Molly Ringwald and, Emilio Estevez, it's a coming of age comedy drama film, about a group of kids who have Saturday school, they call themselves the breakfast club and, they are all different, one is a stoner, one is a jock, one is the popular girl and, the other 2 are kind of nerds. It's also just one of my all time favorite movies. Some information verified at Wikipedia, the popular song from the movie. Don't you forget about me is sang by Simple Minds. Photo is from Wikipedia, it's the cast.

Yes, very deserving of this high ranking. Extremely funny and representative of the different social groups in school. The actor who played the Principal was great casting. Another comedy classic from John Hughes who also directed Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
