Is Your Coffee With Other Healthy Benefits?

Though coffee by itself has anti-oxidant properties, mine has more healthy benefits. It has tongkat-ali, ginseng, ganoderma and maca extracts for some of its ingredients. As to the health benefits of these 4 extracts, it would be better that you look at them on the internet and you will be amazed at how they wonderfully benefit our bodies. Honestly, I can attest, that since I started drinking at least a cup of it last Sunday, my sleep is always so deep, that I only have to get up to urinate now about 2-3 times only, when formerly it’s for about 6-7 times at night. Despite the alarm clock, which I seem not to hear, I wake up always ]now at 6:00 a.m, not 5:00 a.m. as I have my phone set on alarm. My mental alertness and memory improved. Before, I would already be very tired when dismissal comes at 6:30 p.m. But now, I still go malling after office hours and when I arrive home, I still feel so energetic and my mind is so alert. Well, as to its other health benefits, I really can feel it. I only drink a cup each day, even if it says for maximum result drink 2 cups a day because I find it a bit costly. What more if I drink 2 cups a day of this coffee of mine, then the health benefits would really be that strong. What about your coffee? Does it have other ingredients that can give you other than the usual health benefits of coffee?

Coffee by itself has anti-oxidants. It is good for the liver two but at least you have to drink two cups a day. 3 times a day, so it means you drink even late in the afternoon? Does it not affect your time to go to bed? I only drink a cup during breakfast.

@SIMPLYD No, I never drink coffee in the afternoon. I drink one cup with my breakfast, one cup at mid morning, around 9:30, when I take a break and one cup immediately after lunch, around 1:30 PM. No coffee in the afternoon.

Indeed it is bothersome to pee for how many times at night. As to that coffee after lunch , no more, ever since the dermatologists told me not to put sugar in my coffee anymore and to avoid as much as possible sweets, for the sake of treating the fungi on four of my toes.

@hereandthere I still do, because my eyes gets so sleepy at the same time , 11:00 p.m. But with this coffee I wake up at 6:00 not 5:00 anymore, even if I have my alarm at 5:00. I seem not to hear it anymore because of my deep sleep. ha ha ha Good thing , I don't get late. I arrive at the office 3 or 2 mintes before our office time. ha ha ha

How many times a day do you drink coffee? I too, want my coffee black, but with no sugar anymore, since I was told by the dermatologist who treats my fungal infection on four of my toenails, that fungi thrive on sweet blood. You are still too young to be minding the healthy ingredients that a coffee should have.

Coffee by itself has anti-oxidants and it benefits our liver when taken at least two cups a day. But I am happy that they do have this kind of coffee because their health benefits are needed by an aging person like me.

@SIMPLYD -- it's a great idea to add the extra benefits to the coffee. I had heard that regular coffee had some benefits, though I wonder.... because I add cream and sweetener. :-)

Me too, I only drink once a day and that is during my breakfast. It's my perk-upper. But this one makes me take sometimes a second cup after lunch because I want to have a long stretch of energy until we are dismissed from work at 7;00 p.m on Mondays. But on Tuesdays to Fridays when 6:30 p.m is our dismissal time, I am fine with just one cup in the morning.

Well, too much of it isn't good for our health. But it is said that two cups will benefit our liver. And that is, as long as it is not so sweet. Besides, coffee has anti-oxidants.

There are so many "healthy" coffee nowadays. I also used to drink Jimm's coffee but quite costly; now I am drinking paragis (boiled) and has great effects on me. I can't let go of my morning coffee, black instant with cream only, no sugar.

Yes, this healthy coffee is indeed a bit expensive. It's 23.50 per sachet and to maximize its benefits one has to drink two cups each day. But just once a day has a big effect on me already. What about Jimm's how much is per sachet? Hubby doesn't like that because it irritates his stomach. Actually, before this coffee I was already used to drinking my coffee black only, no sugar too. But since this one is one that can help decrease blood sugar, I like it. It tastes great as long as you follow how much boiling water should be poured into the cup.

I just drink green tea.You seem to be responding well to this sort of coffee.I search tongkat-ali online that is native to Malaysia.Tongkat-ali is cool in nature and bitter taste, it likely does harm to stomach if you drink it for a long time ,according to TCM theory-for your reference only.

An ordinary coffee has already anti-oxidants. However, with this one, it has 4 added extracts that have different health benefits. Thus it's more expensive, almost double the price of an ordinary 3 in 1 coffee in a sachet.

Imported coffee is delicious indeed. Though, its benefits are few. But with this coffee, it has added health benefits indeed. A sachet costs 23.50 each and a box with 20 sachets costs 470.00 pesos . But with my 25% discount as a dealer, at least it's a bit not expensive.
