The last couple of days here along the Gulf of Mexico we have been watching a tropical system that has been name Nate.. At the moment is is a strong Cat one aimiming for a land fall near the Mississippi /Alabama line. In the panhandle of Florida we are undre a tropical storm warning and being on the bad side of the system we are goiung to get the winds and rain with the winds sustained just under hurricane strength. It has been breezy all day and the winds are beginning to pick up and more rain is expected after dark. But the good thing is the stormis a fast mover and should be quickly out of here and by midnight going into Monday afffecting many im the Ohio valley as it speeds off the Wast coast. Hopefully we don't lose power so I can be on here (I am staying plugged in on both laptop and smartphone, just in case,

It should be back to tropical storm status when it reaches Atlanta. It has already killed 25 people in Central America.

@Elizaby For us, it is the tornado season during the summer months. We didn't have any this year.
