My friend stopped by again today, and I asked if she would take another picture, since the one from yesterday was not good.
I think you can see there has been some change from last month even though I haven't lost any weight, it still looks like I might have trimmed down a little bit.
Let me know if you can see a difference in the two pictures. Thank you.
Thanks for reading.

Yes, Valerie there is a difference. First of all your face is much happier, second of all, you are obviously firming up those muscles. Why else would you need a swimsuit that's a smaller size and you can wear a pair of pants, that didn't fit, before? Yes, you do look trimmer and very nice!

@just4him They always say the first month you lose the most because they call this water weight. The second month is toning up and then off again to losing more. The more you tone and firm up, the easier it will be to move around and lose some more weight.

Yes there's a difference, and I'm happy for you. Dont think too much about the number on the scale.

@FayeHazel Thanks. I got that when Ringling Bros. came to Green Bay several years ago. It was a great night at the circus and I also went downtown to watch the circus train come to town. It was quite an event.

There is a difference. It's not all about weight. Losing inches and toning is great.

It does look like you've slimmed down even though the scale says no weight loss
