Would u want to buy a house first or a car????

People may have certain preference on making a choice amongst car or house , both have certain pros n cons. Cars would certainly cost less in buying but home loans extend for almost a decade.Another side of the coin can be described as home holds a value n is synonymous to investments against paying rent n its rate elevates as the time progresses.

I would try to get the cost of the house lower were the house loan can cover a car and a house but if I could a loan for a home it would be a home first.

First a truck then a camper..forget paying all those bills for a house.

@parpande yes that is what we have been doing for some time now.. but in a camper van but now it is broke down and we are looking for something bigger.

My first preference will be a house of course. It is always good to have your own house than staying in a rented house.
Buying a car will be my second preference. If there is no car also, we can go by bus or train for the time being. If you have your own house, you don't have to pay rent, you can have your privacy also.
