Someone here with their post gave me an idea of my own post, what do you think people would be like if they did not have a cellphone glued to their ear?

Thank you William for your post because I decided to post this one from it. I am so tired of driving down the street on my scooter and people coming toward me not paying attention and talking on their phones or playing with them. They could cause so many accidents and I thought of not stopping but continue to go and see what they do last minute. Don't worry I do stop. I am sick and tired of being responsible for them and bikes on the sidewalk zooming past and motorcycles. People need to learn how to care more and pay attention to what they are doing. I may say something if I pass them by or just stare at them and shake my head. It annoys me and I wish something would be done about it.

I can understand your frustrations. I still see drivers using their mobiles while driving even though it's against the traffic law down here and the penalty is very steep...

I also see them using their cell phones here also while driving, but, nothing is done about it.

I think there should be law minimizing the use of cellphones on busy streets and penalizing it as well.

I wish there was a way to let the police know, they are driving and using their hand held phone. I know many who use there phone while driving but its attached to the car, not in the hand and I like that - they can talk to others like we do when we have friends in the car.
