I make sure I eat breakfast, otherwise I can't focus on my work. It really depends on you to get in the habit of eating regularly.

@aureliah Is that because of lack of time? Maybe getting extra early to make breakfast at home can help?

It depends on my mood. There are times I eat on time but there are also times that I don`t have any appetite

@avi256 Yes but as much as possible I prevent myself from eating heavy meals at night time as I get sleeping problems

That was not a good eating habbit at all. If I pass breakfast or lunch at least there will be snack for me.

I rarely do breakfast and if I get home in the evening, dinner is not a priority.

Setting times help, scheduling when you can eat next, so you can remind yourself when you should eat next. Snacking is very important, especially when you cannot get to a good size meal like lunch.

Unfortunately I tend to follow my stomach. I eat when I'm hungry. Will try the schedules though.

I don't know how to help you as I also have a poor eating habit. I often have my meals only twice a day or even only once a day. Or, I only have my snacks.
