I have very poor eating habits as I must miss one of my meals and I do not snack during the day. How do you manage a good eating habit?

I make sure I eat breakfast, otherwise I can't focus on my work. It really depends on you to get in the habit of eating regularly.

@aureliah Is that because of lack of time? Maybe getting extra early to make breakfast at home can help?

I buy only what is good for me. Nothing else, so I don't have anything on hand that is not good for me to eat.

It depends on my mood. There are times I eat on time but there are also times that I don`t have any appetite

@avi256 Yes but as much as possible I prevent myself from eating heavy meals at night time as I get sleeping problems

I go for breakfast which has only fruits..I take heavy lunch and light dinner. Why do you need to miss one of your meal?

@aureliah I think at that time you can go for juices or coconut water, just to keep the energy going and body hydrated.

That was not a good eating habbit at all. If I pass breakfast or lunch at least there will be snack for me.

Setting times help, scheduling when you can eat next, so you can remind yourself when you should eat next. Snacking is very important, especially when you cannot get to a good size meal like lunch.

Unfortunately I tend to follow my stomach. I eat when I'm hungry. Will try the schedules though.

@aureliah I usually eat snacks when l don't feel hungry. Have made it a point of duty to at least eat something, no matter how small. Snacks or fruits.

I don't know how to help you as I also have a poor eating habit. I often have my meals only twice a day or even only once a day. Or, I only have my snacks.

That makes the two of us but we should learn from all these comments. I have learnt a lot here such as having schedules and foods that I like.
